Our web site is divided into basically three major sections:  Beneficiary Information, Provider Information, and EDI Information.

1. Beneficiary Information:  This portion of our site is dedicated entirely to our Medicare Beneficiaries.  Note: See Increasing Font Size at the bottom of this page.

2. Provider Information:  This portion of our web site is dedicated to information related to Health Care Professionals.

3. Electronic Data Interchange:  This section is dedicated to our EDI Partners or anyone who needs information on how to submit their claims to us electronically.

Please be certain to click the refresh or reload button in you browser when revisiting our web site.  This will ensure that you are viewing the most recent update and not an older page that was previously cached by your browser.

Please utilize our search feature to find specific information you may need.  Currently our search engine will not search for information contained within PDF's.  The search engine will be updated soon.

Our site has been enhanced for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 or greater, although it may be used with other browsers including Netscape Navigator.  We recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or greater by clicking on the appropriate icon below.

Increasing Font Size:  If you writing is too small for you, it is possible to increase the font size.  In Internet Explorer perform the following steps:

3. Click Largest

In Netscape Navigator perform the following steps:
