Real-time Eligibility Software
Updates for the IVANS real-time eligibility software are conveniently located on a secure FTP site. Typically, maintenance updates are posted on a monthly basis. Please follow the instructions below to access the site and
download the latest software version.
- In order to access the FTP site, you must first connect to the AT&T Global Network. Depending on your configuration, connect to the AT&T Global Network by launching the AT&T Global Network Client or connecting via an
IVANS/AT&T Leased Line.
- Once connected, open an Internet Explorer browser.
- Go to: ftp://ftps01.ivans.com:1021
- The user id is IVANS270 with a password of eligibility (User ID and password are case sensitive).
