Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers

Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers (DMERCs) process Medicare claims for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies (DMEPOS).

The residence of the beneficiary determines the regional carrier that processes the claim. Submit DMEPOS claims to the appropriate DMERC. Use the following table to determine where to file your DMERC claims.
